Charles Raneri Playground at           Vacation Beach Park

We are excited to announce the Grand Opening  on May 11th, 2024 at 11am - 2pm, see below flyer for more info.

We want to thank The Charles A. Raneri Revocable Living Trust for their generous donation of the new playstructure and Kaboom for their amazing kid designed playspace!

Praxis Architecture for helping to make this dream of resdesigning the space to a new beautiful neighborhood park a reality. 

Zero Waste Sonoma for proiving new trash rectaples and water fountain/fill station.

Emerisa's Garden: for their extremely generous donation of over $400 of plants, given without hesitation as they cheered on the project. Emerisa's Garden is family-run, locally owned, and they showered us with genuine enthusiasm because they care deeply about community improvement projects and the role plants can play in inspiring the next generation to steward our environment. 

Renee's Garden: Thank you for donating Scatter Garden seeds, which will be installed to attract pollinators and offer water-wise blooms. 

Urban Tree Farm: Thank you for providing us with a 10% discount and a delightful selection of mature plants. 

This neighborhood park is located in the Vacation Beach area at 17828 Orchard Avenue in Guerneville, just above the Vacation Beach Dam and river access. It features a new playground installed in 2024, and park facility with  picnic tables, benches,  a grassy area,  and half basketball court.
